BJC Mega is a high-end series designed to meet the most demanding needs. Its mechanisms and beautiful design make Mega one of the most elegant and exclusive series of switches and sockets on the market.
MEGA Series:
Includes a unique 100% Zamak frame that strikes the right balance between zinc’s antioxidant capacity, durability and the lightness of aluminum, the capacity of magnesium alloy and the durability of copper.
All frames in the BJC Mega Series are die-cast. The color finish throughout the Mega series follows the same processing as that used in the automotive industry.
Each frame of the Mega series consists of a Zamak base, a surface phosphate to prevent corrosion and ensure adhesion, a base color of the mechanism and a protective lacquer layer against fingerprints and scratches.
The mechanisms are adjustable in size, which allows for maximum increase of the internal space in the box and facilitates wiring. They also have ventilation windows that prevent them from heating up, extending the life of the mechanisms.
The mechanisms are equipped with high purity silver contactors (900/1000). 16 A is standard for all mechanisms.
With an open screw system with a safety pin, which allows the screws to be tightened in one turn.
The frames have a special design plus side slits ensuring perfect alignment and positioning to the loom.
